   Now that I can display my logo on the homepage
   I have another issue:
   on all other pages it only shows the image placeholder instead.

   Any idea how I can solve this one?

   I solved the issue.
   In fact the logo should not be inserted within the layout.php but within the style.css file
   And it works a wonder
