I want to thank all the users using 68KB and I am proud to release v1.0.0 RC1 for download.
This release includes user groups which is probably the most requested feature every one is looking for. We decided to split the groups into 4 different ones and you can see a list of what each group can and can not do in our User Guide.
Speaking of the user guide it also got a redesign as we work toward our first v1 stable release. As always please be sure and follow the upgrade steps as database changes have been made.
Visit our downloads page to download this new release. If you find any bugs please report them in the issue tracker.

68KB v1.0.0 alpha 2 is now released and can be downloaded from our downloads page.
This release is basically a bug fix with a few extra features added. Here is a highlight of the new features.
You can generate an rss feed from your articles with the following urls:
yoursite.com/index.php/rss/
Or:
yoursite.com/index.php/rss/category/uri/
Where uri is the category uri you want to show.
Another new feature is the ability to print articles with a printer friendly page. As well as bookmarking. Please keep in mind the bookmark system will not work in all browsers.
Article rating has been added and it is a very simple “Was this article helpful?” question with a yes and no answer.
The glossary system has been totally redesigned to hopefully fix bugs with terms overwriting themselves.
Another new feature is the ability to setup caching of your sites frontend. You can enable this from administration -> settings and the number you enter will be the cache time in minutes. If you enter a zero (0) it will not cache any pages.
This release fixes lots of bugs that have been reported and you can see these in our Change Log
I want to thank everyone for using 68KB and if you have any ideas for features please add them to our forums.
